Job description

THE POSITION

At the headquarters of our corporate group in Ingelheim, we offer you the opportunity to complete a business administration internship within our Corporate Finance division. Here, you will gain insight into the financial activities of a globally operating corporation. You will be involved in international projects and participate in the strategic and operational activities of Corporate Finance / Mergers & Acquisitions.  Start: January 2024 
Duration: 3 - 6 months 

Task & Responsibilities

You will work on global projects related to:

• Mergers & Acquisitions, company valuation, and financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Monitoring the group´s financing and management of its global financial liabilities
• Analysis and valuation of the company’s financial investments
• Controlling of the global foreign exchange-, interest rate-, and asset management

Requirements 

• Master's student in a business administration with a focus on finance or controlling
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented work style, as well as strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. German language skills would be beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
