Job description

- Order creation and management for our local stock;

- Issue of delivery notes and documentation for couriers;

- Daily contact with 3PLs, freight forwarders, couriers and customers to solve problems in deliveries, storage and complaints;

- Delivery management in Italy and Malta;

- Reverse Logistics;

- Support to inventory activities and annual stock count;

- Collection and reporting of monthly KPIs;

- Support in stock analysis;

- Key contact for 3PL, definition of priorities, monitoring of daily activities;

- High school degree;

- At least 1-year experience in logistics or supply chain;

- Experience in the management of suppliers/couriers/customers;

- Fluent English (at least B1 level);

- Perfect knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook;

- Knowledge of SAP (MM and SD) and Salesforce is considered a plus;

- Availability to occasional trips to our local warehouse.

- Willingness to work in team;

- Winning personality and strong commitment;

- Strong analytical and strategic analysis capabilities;

- Inclination to efficiency, autonomy, precision, problem solving.
