For the setup of a regional management team in Europe, we need smart thinkers who bring skills, creativity and dedication to the table and drive together with the local distribution network, improvements with an entrepreneurial spirit in line with the overall strategy of Seegene.

Several Regional Manager Europe (m/f/d) in 27 EU-Countries, Swiss, UK

Aufgaben:
  • Interface between the Europe Headquarter and assigned region, acting as a “data collector” for market demands (Local bidding, market status etc. and forecast as well as local evaluation/clinical Study)
  • Implement growth initiatives and sales strategies with customer and Seegene strategy focus on cooperation with related departments/executives
  • Activities to maximize sales in the assigned region (market, competitor, sales analysis, KOL management, promotion(marketing) activities)
  • Inventory (Forecast and PSI analysis) and customer management (Handling of Customer inquiries/complaints/requests, forwarding nonconformities to HQ, Support by new product introduction)
  • Commercialization of regional strategic products through maintenance and strengthen cooperations with local leading sales/academic/marketing/research centers
  • Analysis and sharing of local success stories/best practices within the Seegene Network
Qualifikationsprofil:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in scientific studies e.g. chemistry, biology, bio chemistry or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in business development, key account management, sales in the IVD or Biotech sector
  • Good computer skills, especially in common MS Office applications and internal CRM processes/tools
  • Enthusiasm for sales activities and joy in developing successful sales strategies
  • Exhibit strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and identifying opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under various circumstances
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in a European language; basic skills in German language
  • Intercultural sensitivity and high social skills
  • Organizational skills and structured and responsible way of working

  • Loyalty, discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50 %) domestically and internationally; after the training in Germany (~0.5 Year)
