Contentserv’s Product Experience Cloud enables manufacturers, brand owners and specialized retailers to manage and optimize product content more easily - through one easy-to-use cloud platform.
New business is essential to the successful growth of the organization, and you will have a critical role in building and nurturing the pipeline of new leads and opportunities for Contentserv & Shoppingfeed solution across France remotely via Microsoft Teams, phone, email and digital tools.
Your responsibilities — with the opportunity to grow
Direct Sales:
- Develop a client portfolio of SMB (medium & upper midmarket) customers by determining the companies and key accounts to approach, identifying the decision makers, and determining strength and weaknesses to effectively communicate key selling points and values
- You identify and work on combined deals for Shoppingfeed and Contentserv in the DACH, French and other important European markets (e.g., Nordics
- Present the Shoppingfeed & Contentserv solution externally in close collaboration with our Presales Team within your self-developed prospect portfolio during telephone and face-to-face meetings.
- I nitiate and nourish partnerships with Marketplaces (Amazon, Otto & Co.) and Marketing Agencies to build trustful, win-win relationships and develop a strategically relevant channel for lead and demand generation.
- You identify the high-visibility accounts targeted by Shoppingfeed and contact them,
- You create and follow up the reports needed to steer the market development in your regions you are responsible for
- Draw up and negotiate sales proposals.
- Ensure the closing of commercial files, from legal clearance to the signing of customer commitment contracts
- Report monthly on actions taken
- Participate in and lead PIM, DAM, MDM and E-commerce events and trade shows.
Cross-Sell:
- Cross-Sell Strategy Development
Devise and implement effective cross-sell strategies to promote Shoppingfeed within the existing Contentserv customer network. - Customer Engagement
Engage with Contentserv customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for integrating Shoppingfeed to enhance their overall experience. - Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of both Shoppingfeed and Contenterv products to effectively communicate the value proposition of cross-selling solutions. - Collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align cross-sell initiatives with overall business objectives and promotional activities. - Customized Presentations
Prepare and deliver customized presentations, offers, concepts, pricing to Contentserv customers, showcasing the benefits and value of incorporating Shoppingfeed into their existing workflows. - Metrics and Reporting
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of cross-sell efforts. Provide regular reports to the management team.
Your profile — what do you need to fit in with us?
- At least 5 years' experience in the PIM, DAM, MDM & e-commerce/marketplace and/or SAAS software sector
- Commercial and customer negotiation skills
- Fluent Communication Skills in German, French and English.
