Job description
As Supply Chain Manager you will lead a team responsible for planning, MPS, purchasing, warehousing and transport. Your main focus will be on Sweden. However, you will also be involved in international development projects. You will use a modern and coaching approach to develop the close-knit team. You have a strong focus on establishing good processes and are involved in shaping the future.
Now is an excellent time to join us in the role of Supply Chain Manager as we face new challenges and opportunities in our growth. The role covers the whole of the supply chain, which means that you will be involved in both the operational and the strategic side on a day-to-day basis. Your experience of modernisation and digitalisation will also be useful. The role is based in Ystad. You will report directly to our Global Function Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
You will of course need to have experience from a similar role, but we will also consider candidates with experience from a related manufacturing, logistics or transport background. We believe that having worked in a manufacturing environment will help you to be successful when you join us. But your leadership skills and willingness to motivate and develop your colleagues will be even more important.
