- As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- You review and analyse the latest political and regulatory developments in the field of offshore wind energy.
- In doing so, you will place emphasis on building and maintaining a very detailed knowledge of the offshore market, competition and customers.
- You participate in trade fairs and represent our business unit in speeches and presentations - nationally and internationally.
- You will work closely with internal tender management to minimise technical, commercial and contractual risks.
- In this process, you ensure that both tender strategy and tender documents are in line with prevailing market conditions.
- You will prepare convincing offers, present them to our clients and participate in contract negotiations.
- Based on the reviews of your projects, you support the analysis of trends among our customers, market segments and competitors and contribute to the improvement and expansion of our service portfolio.
- You identify strongly with renewable energies.
- You already have experience in approaching customers and networking.
- The presentation and negotiation of individual and customised technical services and solutions in the construction and operation of projects - ideally from the offshore wind industry - are not new territory for you.
- An interdisciplinary mindset allows you to overview technical requirements as well as relevant commercial and contractual aspects.
- You are communicative, committed, like to travel and enjoy working in a team.
- You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. German language skills would be desirable.
- A results-oriented, structured and punctual way of working, even in time-critical projects, as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking round off your profile.
