Description
You are an experienced and ambitious sales leader who will be responsible for driving both inbound & outbound sales for elopage. You will be instrumental in driving our expansion and market leadership in DACH, and beyond, as we explore new markets. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual with a proven record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide, train, and empower sales teams to enhance their performance, offering direction in sales calls, techniques, lead management, and pipeline growth.
- Oversee all sales operations, including inbound, SDR, and outbound sales.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training in call execution, objection handling, and sales strategies.
- Foster a robust sales culture prioritizing customer-centric practices.
- Ensure consistent attainment of team and individual targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams.
Requirements
- You are proficient in conducting business-level conversations in German with our customers and are fluent in English, our primary internal language.
- You possess a minimum of three years of professional experience of managing B2B/SaaS sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture such teams.
- Experience in selling to the DACH region is essential, while familiarity with the US market is highly advantageous.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Your skill set includes strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- You excel in communication and teamwork, fostering positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
