Receptionist
Your Mission
- Coordination and preparation of internal and external on-site as well as online meetings
- Welcome, assist and direct clients, visitors and candidates appropriately to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience
- Providing hospitality support for the meeting rooms/kitchen area
- Managing central telephone calls and email correspondence, responding or escalating as necessary
- Monitor meeting room environments including furniture, signage, equipment, consumables
- Providing assistance with incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating courier services
- Taking part in the organization of internal and/or external events from time to time
- Assisting in a variety of office support tasks if needed
Your Profile
- You show proven experience as a personal assistant, office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- You have excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of clients, external partners and staff
- You have great organizational and time management skills
- You are able to work diligently under pressure
- You will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion
- You are fluent in German and feel comfortable in written and verbal communication in English; French language skills will be considered an asset
- Your are proficient in MS Office
