Join Our Team as Director Data & Analytics and report directly to our CEO! We Are Seeking You:
- Champion our data and analytics initiatives, steering us through intricate data landscapes.
- Lead from the forefront in data strategy execution, ensuring alignment with our organizational vision.
- Spearhead an expert team responsible for data governance, data quality, and data utilization to optimize our hardware manufacturing processes as well as our journey towards a powerful Customer Data Platform.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of robust data infrastructure cloud (DWH/Lakes) and analytical processes (ETL, Pipelines, Streaming).
- Implement and uphold rigorous data quality and governance standards, optimizing data flow and usage.
- Direct data security and privacy measures in compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.
- Drive innovation and profitability using data insights and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Leverage AI & ML technologies for efficiency gain as well as service differentiation.
- Build cohesive strategies for data management that sync with process management, ensuring operational excellence & automation.
- Assemble and nurture a powerhouse data and analytics team to further our market leadership.
