Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Maintenance and recurring inspection of domestic and
operational systems and devices
- Analyzing and resolving errors and malfunctions, optimizing
functions and energy efficiency
- Support and supervision of maintenance and inspection work
carried out by subcontractors
- Maintenance of documentation, maintenance and inspection
databases, optimization of maintenance/inspection schedules
- Participation in internal projects, developments, rework in
the areas of infrastructure, building services, production,
testing rooms
- Order processes in the ERP system for specific areas of
building and operational technology
Show your expertise
- Completed training as a systems mechanic, maintenance
mechatronics, or comparable; Knowledge of refrigeration/air
conditioning technology is desirable
- Basic knowledge of using building management systems
- Initial experience with fire alarm systems, sprinkler
systems and hydrants
- Good Microsoft Office skills and German language
skills; English language skills are an advantage
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Problem solving abilities, manual skills, sense of
responsibility and reliability
- Independent way of working with a high ability to work in a
team
- ability to take decisions and assertiveness
