Our Sales Development Representative's goal is to establish excellent relationships with new MedTech companies across the DACH region who are seeking to help smooth their path to achieving full regulatory approval.
What you'll do:
- Research & self-generate leads via various sources.
- Clearly explain our solution & convert leads into qualified meetings for our team.
- Follow up with the prospect and answer any outstanding questions.
- Report & feedback information to the sales team.
- Continuously improve the sales conversion funnel.
- Manage our HubSpot CRM effectively to maximise sales efficiency.
- Provide an end-to-end full customer-first sales experience.

- Skilled in prospection, telesales & lead generation.
- Smart, curious and hard-working.
- Excited to be part of the MedTech industry.
- Empathetic and able to adapt your approach according to the prospect.
- Able to work in an international environment & adapt well to different cultures.
- Able to work with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, and LinkedIn.
- Native-level German proficiency is essential, as is business-level English.
