What you'll do

• Engage in comprehensive project management support for various initiatives. This involves ensuring adherence to guidelines, offering ongoing feedback, and playing a crucial role in meeting project goals and timelines
• Take charge of creating and distributing meeting minutes, contributing to effective communication among team members
• Facilitate the smooth onboarding and offboarding of project members, focusing on process-related aspects to enhance overall efficiency
• Manage the entire process of purchase requests and orders, ensuring a streamlined and effective procurement workflow
• Provide essential administrative support to the Program Manager and the team, particularly in tasks related to status reporting and overall project coordination

Who you are

• Currently enrolled as a student in a bachelor or master degree ideally but not exclusively in Business or IT, with initial experience in project management, and ideally, familiarity with Project Management Office (PMO) duties, showcase a strong foundation in coordinating projects
• Showcase a proactive and well-organized approach, establishing a reputation for efficiency and effectiveness in project contributions
• Exhibit assertiveness and a hands-on mentality, embracing challenges and taking initiative to drive tasks to successful completion
• Excel in communication, promoting collaborative efforts with team members and stakeholders, fueled by a genuine passion for teamwork
• Demonstrate robust observation and listening skills, adding value to a comprehensive grasp of project requirements and objectives
