Your mission
- You are an independent sales leader, managing a national team of Regional Sales Managers in their daily tasks with the overall goal of generating the perfect ratio of the highest possible corporate revenues and end-user satisfaction.
- You build a strong plan with and for the sales team and focus on the execution.
- You bring added value in supporting your sales teams during field visits.
- You build a GPO-strategy and manage the national GPO-network. You support your team in negotiating and closing deals with all stakeholders (physicians, procurement, GPO-managers).
- You are present during local and international congresses and sales and marketing activities.
- You develop and manage the sales- and KOL-network.
- You execute marketing activities in the area, defined by the marketing team.
- We strongly focus on innovation, therefore we need your input in building a local/national strategy in line with the overall company strategy.
- You are an active partner of the Western Europe Management team and help anticipating challenges/developing solutions in cooperation with different internal stakeholders.
- You keep the company reputation in the country at the highest standards, whilst adhering to the national ethics and compliance standards.
Your profile
- You have a degree in economics, bio- or life-sciences, or equivalent and obtained at least 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the (endo-) vascular field.
- You have gained a thorough understanding of medical device sales processes and hospital procurement.
- You are a proven leader with at least 3-5 years of sales management experience, knowing how to effectively steer and develop high-performance sales teams.
- You are not afraid of challenging the status quo and adapting/changing the organization to respond to future market needs.
- You have an established KOL-network within the vascular field.
- You possess excellent communication skills, business acumen and an entrepreneurial mentality. You are a skilled sales coach.
- You focus on sales efficacy and execution. CRM-tools have no secret for you.
- You enjoy switching between German and English in your daily business - you are business fluent in both languages – any other language is an advantage.
