Solution Sales Manager - e-Mobility Germany

Job description

An exciting position has arisen for a Solution Sales Manager – e-mobility. Responsible for sales leadership in the development and implementation of the e-Mobility sales strategy across the German market, enable and drive profitable sales in order to meet the short and long term growth and business objectives.

The On-the-Go EV charging market is booming, growing annually at over 30%, set to reach $5B by 2030. Our e-Mobility strategy targets the Fuel Retail C-Store segment, the largest within on-the-go charging. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive product suite, initially in Europe and North America. In these markets, we will also tap into the Fleet segment, leveraging existing channels and fuelling technology.

Responsible for all stages of the sales process such as prospecting, door opening and needs assessment, sales presentations, objection handling, negotiation and deal closure, customer management and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Drive and develop the new business sales strategies and plans to achieve business growth objectives within e-Mobility prospected customers by winning over business from competition or by getting into new business areas.

· Establish and develop relationships with key individuals including senior level executives within the targeted accounts to support the business objectives.

· Actively drive account planning and daily management by focus on sales & action plans, sales boards, sales funnels and counter measures.

· Refine and tailor the value proposition and unique selling points (USPs) of GVR with its solutions and offerings to the specific prospected customer context and business opportunity.

· Gathering customer, competitive and market information and providing input into product roadmap prioritization process.

· Providing forecasting, budgeting and price deviation information to Finance, Marketing and Operations teams.

· Sell the entire portfolio of e-Mobility solutions and services.

· Successful background in solution sales with a proven track record in a technical B2B sales environment

· Experience in new business acquisition and penetration into new accounts.

· Proven track record in managing tenders and negotiating and signing contracts.

· Proven experience in selling SaaS based solutions in B2B environment.
