Tasks

• Consulting, planning and implementation of projects for the new and further development of maintenance processes in SAP EAM or comparable applications
• Establishing and managing communication between IT and operational maintenance
• Carrying out assessments for maintenance and customer service and identifying optimization potential
• Description of recommendations for action and solution concepts, as well as functional specification creation
• Implementation and customizing of established methods and new processes
• Technical coordination of internal or external developers
• Technical support in presales
• Active participation in the further development of consulting services
• Accompanying and supporting juniors (mentoring)Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction

Qualification

• Experience in managing IT projects in the area of maintenance with SAP EAM / CS
• Expertise in SAP EAM / CS (optional SAP Asset Manager) and in standard Intelligent Asset Management solutions (SAP MDG for EAM, SAP BNAC, SAP ASPM, SAP PdMS, SAP PEI, SAP AM)
• Experience in related modules (e.g. SAP MM, SAP SD)
• Industry knowledge in pharmaceuticals, industrial production or another industry sector
• High level of initiative, independence & entrepreneurship
• Excellent communication skills
• German language skills at C1 level or mother tongue
• Good knowledge of English
• Distinct customer orientation
• Willingness to travel within DE, AT, CHPassion for consulting
