- Assume full responsibility and ownership for the technical implementation and servicing of a diverse portfolio of insurance products, while driving continuous development and improvement of the processes and platform
- Configure all facets of the insurance solution (e.g., specifics, documents, pricing, partner setup) using our proprietary configuration platform (based on JSON and Nunjucks)
- Develop and streamline processes and procedures, and create comprehensive documentation to align stakeholders and boost operational efficiency
- Proactively engage with all stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and integrate feedback for optimizing our processes and configuration platform
- Champion innovation in our processes and tools to deliver superior experience and services to our customers and stakeholders
- Work cross functionally to address configuration issues, bugs and incidents rapidly and effectively
- This role is centered on the technical implementation and maintenance of our insurance solutions/products. It involves supporting our Insurance Product Managers and serving as the vital link between the team and the Digital Product and Engineering teams
This is what you bring to the table
- At least 2 years of technical experience ideally with Typescript, or another strongly typed language such as Java/C++
- Experience with templating tools such as Freemarker or Velocity, valuable for creating dynamic and engaging content and layouts
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of structuring analysis, discussions, and communications in a manner easily comprehensible to all stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to grasp the needs of stakeholders, contextualize various situations, and convey ideas effectively
- Solid planning and project management abilities, capable of working towards long-term objectives daily while balancing immediate priorities and projects
- Experience within the insurance industry, particularly in roles that provide exposure to a wide range of insurance-related topics, would be highly advantageous and a nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL and German language skills are a plus, but not a strict requirement
