Job description
- Design and simulate MOSFET and Bipolar semiconductor transistor concepts for automotive smart power technology platforms. We strongly focus on computer simulation of the semiconductor processing itself with respect to electrical and thermal transistor parameters (“TCAD”, e.g. Synopsis). We perform feasibility studies and develop the concept to full production capability.
- Analyzing manufacturing data with respect to product, reliability and manufacturability targets
- Be the interface to other functions such as process integration, layout-, test-, reliability- and product- development departments
- Have a focus on automotive product and application needs
Your Profile
- An University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or equivalent
- Interest to work in a multi-functional project team
- Skills in scripting / programming
- Practice in systematic problem solving techniques
- Experience in automotive applications is desired but not a must
- Excellent English language skills , fluency in German is an advantage
