The Salesforce Team is part of the Commercial Excellence department that acts as the strategic business partner to the sales, service and order fulfillment organization, reporting to the President of the Bruker Daltonics GmbH & Co. KG. The team supports the global business and support functions by optimizing the go-to market approach, enabling back-office processes and striving to improve existing commercial and after-market processes such as digitalization.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be joining an energetic, passionate and goal-oriented Salesforce team that is responsible for a highly customized Salesforce instance with more than 2,000 users. You will be working with an Architect, Developers, Analysts, and occasionally with a third-party implementation partner. You will be continuously in touch with other Bruker group’s Salesforce professionals.

 

As of now we are looking for a Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) in fulltime.

You can work mostly remote. The team is meeting once per week in Bremen, Germany, for socializing and creative exchange. You are welcome to join if you want.

Continuously expanding your skills and certifications is encouraged and supported.

 

As an in-depth problem solver, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of software engineering concepts and be responsible for working on full lifecycle engineering efforts using Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and accepted best practices. You will help drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building solutions on the platform and supporting integrations, coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, maintaining, and modifying existing applications.
