Trainee Program - Global Technical Operations (f/m/d)

Join STADA's Global Trainee Program in Technical Operations and unlock your potential in the pharmaceutical industry! This 2-year program is your gateway to mastering diverse projects and tasks within our different departments in Technical Operations, empowering you to independently create value in every assignment. This position is limited for 24 months, starting 1. October 2024.
Mission for the Role:
Your mission is clear: Understand, learn, and practice various processes within Technical Operations, building a solid foundation for future success. By the end of the program, you'll have a broad network across STADA, primed for impactful contributions.
What you can expect:
During the program, you'll dive into a spectrum of vital areas including:
Preparation of Transfer Protocols for Scale-up & Transfer Projects
Statistical Analyses of Production Data
Root-Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures Development
GMP Documentation Review and Revision
Analytical Method Development/Optimization/Utilization
Project Management
GMP Audits
Production Planning and Inventory Analysis
Suppliers Management
Financial Analysis and Business Case Development
Who we are looking for:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field
You have gained prior practical experience through internships or working student positions
You have a high level of energy paired with a can-do mindset
You have leadership qualities and you aim to develop them further
You are fluent in both German and English
Willingness to participate in a 4-month international assignment in the second year of the program
