Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Tuttlingen suchen wir genau Sie

Prozesstechniker/ Prozessingenieur Oberflächentechnik (m/w/d)

Im Rahmen dieser Stelle werden Sie für die Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse für unseren Oberflächenbereich verantwortlich sein.

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

• Entwicklung und Optimierung von Herstellprozessen
• Fertigungstechnische Einführung und Erprobung neuer Technologien
• Erstellung von Ingenieurstudien (Enginering Study)
• Festlegen von abteillungsübergreifenden Produktionsabläufen
• Standardisierung von Produktionsabläufen
• Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei Prozessänderungen
• Erstellen von Verfahrensanweisungen und Prozessabläufen für die Produktion
• Fertigungstechnische Begleitung der Prozessvalidierung
• Mitarbeit bei Prozess- und Produktrisikomanagment
• Steigerung der Produtivität unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Standards und Vorgaben (Lean Management)
• Durchführung und Mitarbeit von Kaizen Workshops

IHR PROFIL:

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister oder alternativ Bachelor Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung Oberflächentechnik (Elektropolieren, Passivieren, Laserbeschriften, u.a.) von großem Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Organisationsfähigkeit, gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative
• Gute Kommunikations- sowie Präsentationsfähigkeit
