What's waiting for you:
Analysis of customer and campaign data and derivation of the marketing campaign plan:
- Regular evaluation of customer, booking and economic data (KPIs) and the derivation of a cross-departmental, data-driven marketing campaign plan (Customer Activation Plans)
- Independent creation of in-depth analyzes and statistical models for communication and media partner measures as well as proactive identification of relevant customer segments and other optimization potential
Initially define and implement efficient customer and campaign reporting processes:
- Development of a concept for marketing campaign reporting in coordination with the stakeholders, including definition and measurability check of KPIs
- Implementation and support of the concept: Regular creation of reports on advertising and media partner campaigns, including booking and sales data from all relevant channels
- Creation of ad hoc analyses
- Key contact for all stakeholders regarding all customer and campaign reporting topics
Development of analysis frameworks and dashboards, with the long-term goal of data-driven marketing:
- Translating technical questions into analysis frameworks from data acquisition, preprocessing, analysis/modeling to visualization in the form of reports, dashboards or presentations
- Development of a concept for data-driven marketing in collaboration with channel managers
This is what sets you apart:
- Studies in the field of statistics, business informatics, computer science, mathematics or economics
- At least two years of professional experience in an analytical role e.g. B. Data/CRM Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Proven knowledge of analysis and reporting systems (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau, MS PowerBI, MicroStrategy) as well as data integration processes; Knowledge of independent data exploration/data mining desirable (e.g. with Knime, Alteryx etc.)
- Practical experience with CRM or marketing suite systems or customer data platforms for customer analysis and segmentation
- Strategic/networked thinking, strong analytical skills, ability to reduce complexity, very good communication and presentation skills
- very good knowledge of German and at least good knowledge of English
