Content of the role:

Technical Customer Support Agents (Level 1) are the first point of contact for technical issues, service restoration, advising users, and other service requests. To provide prompt, efficient, and accurate answers, agents should approach each issue with a systematic and analytical approach. They should also show empathy and professionalism in their daily communication with clients and customers.
