Customer Support Center Engineer (CSCE) (m/f/d)

Job description

You will report to the Customer Support Center Manager (CSCM) and will be responsible for providing technical assistance and problem-solving support to customers. You will be responsible for the provision of additional services and carrying out support activities for the service organisation.

Responsibility to ensure a timely response to the requests of the customers - for which you will be the technical reference point – and to guarantee the provision of ancillary services.
