Job Description
- Within the IT Service Desk we are the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for all IT requests in the Group (worldwide).
- We support users with all services we offer as an IT provider in both English and German.
- We help users with troubleshooting in the event of a fault (incident management) and usually connect directly to the user's PC to carry out the necessary activities. (e.g. via Windows Remote Assistance, Teams, Remote Help).
- We process standard changes and try to provide the user with the requested service in a timely manner.
- The main application we use is the ticket system, through which tickets are received, classified and processed accordingly.
Tools and applications we are using:
- Helpdesk Ticket System
- Windows OS and Microsoft office products (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote etc.)
- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- SharePoint
- Power Shell
Qualifications
- You are a team player and like to learn new things
- A high level of customer orientation, good German and good English skills as well as a hands-on mentality complete your profile
