Beschreibung
The position is embedded in the group of Prof. Jens Timmer. The candidate is expected to have expertise and experience in the field of development of mathematical methods for data-based modelling of cell biological processes and application of these methods in close collaboration with experimental biological groups.
The position includes a teaching load of 4 hours/week (4 SWS). The position is initially limited to three years with the possibility of renewal up to a totel of six years. The possibility of further qualification (habilitation) is given. Besides the precondition of civil servants, the successful candidate must hold an outstanding PhD in physics.
