Are you interested? Then you should bring the following with you:
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science/business informatics or a corresponding apprenticeship and have ideally been able to gain initial experience in the housing industry.
- It is important to us that you have strong analytical and conceptual skills, combine teamwork with a high degree of initiative and do not lose sight of the goal in stressful situations.
- Knowledge and experience of working in the WODIS-Sigma system would be an advantage.
Your tasks:
- You will ensure the smooth operation of IT in our company and help users with any questions that arise in this regard.
- You will also monitor compliance with the contracts concluded with service providers and check their invoices.
- In coordination with the specialist departments, you plan the introduction of new programs and their integration into the existing system landscape and provide expected costs for the business plans.
- In addition, the management of IT projects and active participation in the optimization of processes is a constant task.
- You will be responsible for preparing evaluations and reports for the specialist departments and company management.
