- Verantwortlich für die interne und externe (Lieferanten) Überwachung und Unterstützung des Produktherstellungsprozesses zur Absicherung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung derProdukt- und Prozessqualität
- Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von internen Audits als auch Lieferantenaudits
- Durchführen von Fehleranalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten
- Organisation und Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Prozessfreigaben im Zuge derErstbemusterung sowie Änderungsanfragen von Lieferanten als Zuarbeit für SQE
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktqualität sowie der Lieferantenprozesse
- Erstellen und Überwachen von WE Prüfplänen
- Verantwortung im Lieferantenreklamationsprozess für qualitative Abweichungen, inkl.Abstimmung und Koordination von Sortierungen und Sofortmaßnahmen beim/ durch denLieferanten.
- Mitarbeit in globalen Projekten und Teams
- Organisieren von Q-Terminen mit Lieferanten aufgrund von Abweichungen
- Mitwirkung für die Dokumentenpflege während der gesamten Laufzeit von Projekten(Projektlebenszyklus)
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung (organisatorisch und technisch) im Fachbereich
- Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung der Q-Ziele
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrale in Q-Belangen der Lieferantenweiterentwicklung bzw. Qualitätsvorausplanung und Fehlerbeseitigung als Zuarbeit für SQE
- Eigenständige Absprachen mit Lieferanten zu Themen aus dem Funktionsbereich

- Responsible for internal and external (supplier) monitoring and support of the product manufacturing process to ensure and continuously improve product and process quality
- Responsibility for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal audits as well as supplier audits
- Carrying out error analyses in cooperation with internal departments and suppliers
- Organizing and participating in the implementation of process approvals in the course of initial sampling as well as change requests from suppliers as input for SQE
- Continuous improvement of product quality and supplier processes
- Creation and monitoring of WE test plans
- Responsibility in the supplier complaint process for qualitative deviations, incl. coordination of sorting and immediate measures at/by the supplier.
- Collaboration in global projects and teams
- Organizing Q-meetings with suppliers due to deviations
- Participation in document maintenance during the entire duration of projects (project life cycle)
- Participation in optimization (organizational and technical) in the specialist area
- Participation in compliance with Q targets
- Collaboration with the head office on Q issues relating to supplier development and advance quality planning and troubleshooting as input for SQE
- independent agreements with suppliers on topics from the functional area
Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH
- Abgeschlossene mind. 3-jährige technische Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf mit erforderlicher mind. 2- jähriger Zusatzausbildung oder abgeschlossene dreijährige Hochschulausbildung(z.B. Bachelor)
- Zusatzausbildungen im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Anwendung von Qualitätswerkzeugen wie Prozessauditorenausbildung nach VDA6.3, Coretools Automotive und Auditorenqualifikation nach ISO 19011
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise als Lieferantenbetreuer in der Automobilzuliefererindustrie
- Analytische und systematische Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Prozessaffinität
- Anwendungssichere Kenntnisse/ Praxis in der Anwendung der IATF 16949, VDA- und AIAG-Standards
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, einschließlich Oracle- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und sicheres Auftreten
ENGLISH
- Completed at least 3 years of technical training in a metal profession with required additional training of at least 2 years or completed 3 years of university education (e.g. Bachelor)
- Additional training in quality management and in the use of quality tools such as process auditor training according to VDA6.3, Coretools Automotive and auditor qualification according to ISO 19011
- Many years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing company, ideally as a supplier supervisor in the automotive supplier industry
- Analytical and systematic way of working and high process affinity
- Proficient knowledge/practice in the application of IATF 16949, VDA and AIAG standards
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Very good PC skills, including Oracle and MS-Office user knowledge
- Willingness to travel, flexibility and a confident demeanor
