Vacancy: Business Partner Corporate Controlling (f/m/x) - We are looking for a Business Partner Corporate Controlling (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a company based in the Frankfurt area.

Your Responsibilities as Business Partner Corporate Controlling (f/m/x)

• Take central ownership for the further development of high-quality management reporting and planning processes
• Develop and implement new steering concepts and perform regular variance analyses to provide real insights into underlying business drivers
• Develop Business Partner Role for Corporate Functions (Corporate FP&A, IT, Projects, P2A)
• Prepare reporting outputs, decision documents and ad-hoc analyses for senior management
• Prepare financial models, business cases and benchmarking to support planning and decision making to shape the company`s future
• Participate in / or lead controlling related initiatives to drive the future state of the Controlling organization

Your Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor / Master's degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar
• Prior experience (or at least strong desire) to work with analytics tools such as PowerBI is a plus
• High Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in Finance & Controlling, preferably in a highly dynamic environment (Consulting background welcome)
• Fluent in English and German
• Structured approach and strong analytical skillset
• Solid understanding of core Finance & Controlling processes with a passion for changing the status quo and drive improvements
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to get things done
• Experience in multinational matrix-organization and dealing with a diverse stakeholder group
