We are looking for you as an HR Business Partner for a project assignment with our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Manching.

TASKS
The HR Business Partners are the interface between HR and the company, the department and the employee and support the assigned business area in the preparation and creation of HR-relevant topics by advising the department, the managers and employees, to come to viable solutions.
The area of responsibility is broken down in detail as follows:
- Guidance and support of managers in personnel planning, personnel selection, hiring and exhibitions, transfers, planning of further training and personnel development measures and succession planning, each taking into account the legal, employment contract, company and collective bargaining regulations
- Conducting discussions with employees and managers. These include, for example: E.g. contact discussions, transfer discussions, development discussions, absence discussions, discussions in the event of (possible) disciplinary measures
- Advising managers on leadership issues, including active participation in the conception and implementation of company training programs for managers
- Support in the implementation of specified organizational changes with regard to personnel-related issues
- Arranging and implementing job/job evaluations in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company regulations. Collective bargaining groups are represented according to the results of the job evaluation
- Implementation of remuneration measures
- Informing the departments about personnel policy issues and personnel processes
- Participate in the creation and negotiation of local collective agreements
- Representation of personnel-specific measures to the works council and employees
- Participation in project-related topics

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in human resources management or comparable courses with a specialization in human resources/management or comparable training
- Professional experience primarily in an operational HR environment, ideally also in another HR function, e.g. B. Social Relations, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits is required
- Basic knowledge of individual and collective labor law and collective agreements in the metal industry should be available
- Know-how and experience in managing HR projects is necessary
- Knowledge of MS Office, SA, GSuite, Workday an advantage
- Language skills: Proficient in German, fluent in English
