Manager Project Setup & Invoicing (m/f/d)

In Germany - Bonn | Cologne

We are looking for a new Manager Project Setup & Invoicingto support our global finance team. As a central point of contact for questionsregarding project accounting you will be responsible for monitoring, invoicing andbilling our customer projects.

Howyou will create an impact: 

• You will be responsible for establishing client master data in SAP/Frontend-Tool.
• Reviewing projects for cost completeness and ensuring timely billing will be part of your duties.
• You will handle the release of invoices & credit notes.
• It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance of invoices with local law in Germany.
• You will ensure compliance of invoices for foreign markets according to the countries’ requests.
• Data Maintenance in SAP will be one of your tasks.
• You will serve as the first point of contact in the group for all questions about project setups & invoicing.
• You will provide training to other peer groups.

Aboutyou: 

• You bring minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Your proficiency in MS-Office is commendable.
• You possess quick comprehension skills and consistently uphold high-quality standards.
• You demonstrate excellent self-organization and possess strong team skills.
• You are able to communicate on a high level in written and spoken business English and German.
• You excel in handling numbers and data proficiently.
  Familiarity with SAP ERP would be an asset for you.
