Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?® Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is currently seeking applicants for a Management Assistant/Assistant Senior Director Channel EMEA .

Job Location:

Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is the European headquarter and development and production site for passive components. Since 1996 as part of Vishay we have been manufacturing resistors and capacitors. These electronic components are used in medical, entertainment and automotive electronics, among others. With around 900 employees, Vishay plays a key role as one of the most important employers in our region. The town of Selb is located directly on the Czech border and boasts the scenic surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge.

What you will be doing:

• Assist the Senior Director in driving business growth in the EMEA region by supporting strategic initiatives and managing key partnerships.
• Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and tradeshows to ensure smooth execution and maximize business opportunities.
• Manage a team of senior collaborators, providing guidance, support, and follow-up on strategic actions.
• Utilize strong data management skills to analyze and report on key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.

What you will bring along:

• Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior leadership and driving business growth.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting, with the ability to analyze and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English is required, additional language skills in the EMEA region are a plus.
