IT Administrator (m/f/d)
The position is to be filled as soon as possible at our office in Saarbrücken on a full-time, permanent basis and does not involve shift work.
Your tasks
- As an application administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various applications in the areas of "Unified Communications & Collaboration" and "Business Applications", including the connected input and output management and archiving systems.
- The most important systems include standard software products such as HCL Domino and Notes, VisiTour and DictNow and HyperDoc, as well as individual software solutions such as MEDIKOS/QASP and MDconnect and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The applications mainly run virtualized on Windows 2019 (or higher); regular Windows Server updates are part of your job description.
- As 2nd level support, you will be responsible for the electronic data exchange of MD Saarland with health insurance companies and hospitals or service providers and will be in close contact with other services and business partners at federal level.
- As part of the hotline, you are the point of contact for staff with IT problems, whether on site at the office or remotely via remote maintenance. This includes the analysis of sometimes complex faults and problem management, with the aim of ensuring that operations run as smoothly as possible and keeping the number of tickets at a low level in the long term.
- And you provide support in various IT projects, be it in the conceptual co-design or independent implementation.
- For efficient task organization, you will have access to state-of-the-art tools for software deployment, remote maintenance and ticket processing.
Your profile
- A successful degree as an IT specialist for application development, IT system administrator (m/f/d) or comparable training.
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Good knowledge in the above-mentioned specialist and activity areas.
- Independent, reliable and self-reliant way of working as well as team spirit and good organizational skills.
- A strong service orientation, high flexibility and mobility.
- Very good German language skills and good expression and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, programming and scripting languages is an advantage.
