IT Specialist (m/f/d) full-time (39 hours)
Your tasks as IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Our IT team is passionate about ensuring smooth operations and always keeps a close eye on IT security. With this spirit, we are looking for someone who...
- Implement automation solutions using Power Automate, scripting and other tools, from needs analysis, implementation and user training to maintenance and support;
- maintains the Microsoft 365 environment (including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) as well as the local Active Directory and optimizes processes (e.g. in the area of user management)
- monitors the existing server and network infrastructure and analyzes and fixes errors - sometimes in close cooperation with external service providers
- adapts the systems to changing requirements and develops them with a view to the future
- provides 1st and 2nd level support in the company and creates effective solutions
- focuses on process optimization and comprehensive documentation
- develops user training (e.g. instructions as text or video);
- keeps IT knowledge up to date and makes it accessible to the team
You will find a new professional home with us if you...
- have a degree in computer science, software and systems engineering or computer engineering together with professional experience or have completed vocational training (IT or similar);
- experience with ITIL in IT service management, ideally also with DevOps;
- have several years of experience in the administration of IT infrastructure in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory etc.) and in network technology, especially in an SME or service company
- perceive data protection as a highly relevant topic anchored in your DNA and have extensive experience with data protection processes and IT security
- have in-depth expertise in the areas of databases, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune Endpoint Management, Power Automate, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization, network technology and security, infrastructure management and monitoring;
- are more than familiar with Microsoft Office, Power BI and PowerShell tools, ideally also with VMWare vSphere, Datacore, Veeam, NetXMS and ACMP;
- you also enjoy looking through complex processes and contexts with ease, solving problems practically and always thinking strategically about the future;
- enjoy communicating with different groups of people and conveying your specialist knowledge to users in an understandable and simple way
- are business fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
- appreciate flexible working hours in presence and remote (in exceptional cases also in off-peak hours).
