Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Officer role who will be responsible for the day to day accounting, corporate and tax aspects for our clients (operational firms and holding companies).

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Monthly and quarterly accounting for several and diverse Luxembourg entities,
• Reviewing accounting entries in the company accounting system,
• Coaching juniors,
• Coordination of the juniors’ planification/work,
• Preparation of working documents (interest calculations, amortization/depreciation tables, …),
• Review/preparation of annual account,
• Review/preparation of periodic and annual VAT returns,
• Review/preparation of corporate tax returns,
• Liaison with Service Providers both in Luxembourg and abroad,
• Assisting clients on transactions,
• Assisting the client audit process.

YOUR PROFILE

• You naturally demonstrate all required and mandatory strengths to be a senior professional in a leading accounting and advisory firm (accuracy, focused on details, rigorous, with advance analytical skills, proactivity, common sense...);
• You are solution-oriented to maximize client satisfaction;
• You are eager to take responsibilities and demonstrate ownership;

• You communicate well in French and English with clarity and pedagogy;
• You have a good knowledge in Luxembourg Accounting law and Tax regulatory and Companies law;
• You communicate well in French and English with clarity and pedagogy. French is mandatory (both oral and written). Another foreign language would be an asset (Spanish, Italian, etc).

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• You demonstrate at least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar job;
• University degree (BAC +4) in Accounting or Finance;
• Strong skills and experience in Luxembourg Accounting or Finance;
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (Excel in particular), mandatory use of BOB50. Knowledge in Fista, Denarius and Fisc-In will be considered as a plus;
• Excellent grasp of French and English language (both written and oral).
