Wir suchen
SVOLT EU is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented Indirect Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in communicating between our HQ in China and the EU, managing the tender process, negotiating prices and contracts, and strategically planning the sourcing of indirect materials.
Your mission
- In your role you are managing the end-to-end purchasing process for indirect materials, from supplier sourcing to invoice verification with our Finance department (incl. OA Processes with Headquarters in China)
- You will identify potential suppliers through market research and maintaining long-term supplier relationships
- You will prepare and execute negotiations of commercial terms with suppliers
- You will continuously maintain data on delivery dates, prices, and quantities in the ERP system
- Besides within your tasks you will coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Maintenance, Produciton Logistics, Marketing, etc.) and purchasing teams in China
- Cost controlling in Projects and Management Reporting are also parts of your role
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration/ Engineering, alternatively, the equivalent in experience
- You have proven work experience in the indirect purchasing field, preferably in an international environment
- Your good communication and interpersonal skills enable an efficient cross-cultural collaboration
- Good knowledge of MS Office systems and ERP systems
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English; German language skills are an advantage
- The position requires a high willingness to travel
