The Impact You'll make in this Role: As a Lead Process Engineering Chemical Synthesis (m/f/*) for the chemical production in Seefeld , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Improvement of chemical process and introduction of new processes Coordination of and Participation in invest and maintenance projects Conducting risk assessments, e.g. HAZOPs Compliance with all legal and safety-related regulations as well as quality requirements Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: University Degree in chemistry or similar chemical education Several years of professional experience Expertise in risk management, e.g. HAZOPs Knowledge of all relevant regulations German fluent in speaking and writing, good English skills are an advantage Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Very good knowledge of MS Office Expertise in using SAP, GMP requirements and lean management Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
