Your Tasks
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main mission within the Legal Software Department is to bring deals to the Company. To do this, you quickly identify customer business challenges and relate that to Wolters Kluwer value propositions.
You have the responsibility to manage the entire sales process of the software, from the investigation stage of the customer need through the solution proofing to the negotiation, contracting and closing and handover to other departments.
Coordinate with the central Marketing Organization to have an overview of market landscape
Capable of sales prospecting in Germany
Consistently qualifying leads, find the challenges from your prospects
Proper administration of deals in Salesforce system; effective follow-up on activities
Able and will take tasks additional to sales related
Understand client buying circle
Create, without support, and consistently high-quality proposals which always mirror the right value proposition
Delivery of presentations solutions to a broad audience, clearly submitting ideas, concepts, and solutions to the customer. Proof the value of the solution, by showing how our software helps the prospect in solving their challenges.
Management of the entire Sales process (prospecting, qualification, opportunity, negotiation, closing) and responsible for delivering on target sales intake
Effective Planning and Organizing of own work
Your Job Qualifications
Education equivalent to University Degree level
Several years of experience in Inside Sales (ideally in sales of services or software solutions)
Strong qualification skills, able to quickly identify relevant business challenges and effectively position relevant solutions
Good understanding of general technical concepts (e.g. Cloud, API, etc)
Able to speak with different levels of the company (from Company Secretary, General Counsel, Legal Counsel to CEO/CFO)
Knowledge of the legal sector is a real plus
Very good command of German (C1-C2)
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (B2)
Empathic, open to listening what people are telling
Proactive and Self-Driven
Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communicator
