After an individual training phase, you will take over the telephone and written customer and supplier support at home and abroad. • telephone and written customer and supplier support at home and abroad
• timely and proper processing of spare parts orders
• preparation of customer-specific quotations
• recording and monitoring customer orders in the ERP system (SAP)
• tracking deadlines for supplier orders
• preparation and processing of export / import
• supporting our trade fair activities

• completed commercial vocational education
• up-to-date knowledge of sales processing
• strong communication skills and customer orientation
• ideally knowledge of SAP Business One
• confident handling of MS Office
• basic knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of Italian is welcome
