Project Manager - Growth & Implementation

Job description
IDEX are exclusively representing an international law firm with a presence in the UK, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
They are looking for a project implementation manager to join the business and focus on the expansion goals they have across Germany, France and beyond.
This role will focus on hiring individuals, teams and offices and also include a lot of strategic and project management work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: - To work closely and support the Director of International Growth, Team and Sector Leaders, Senior Leadership and colleagues in the project team to develop, shape and implement prioritised growth projects in Paris and Germany
- Contribute to and support the development and execution of the Firm's growth plans
- Implement detailed project plans and be involved in the delivery of these projects
- To be able to oversee and action all elements of the project plan
Key Skills and Experience:
- Ideally you will have previous experience of working in Legal or Professional services and being involved in similar growth projects
- Demonstrable experience of competency in a project management role involving the successful execution of multiple or large projects, either in consultancy or client-side environments
- Demonstrable experience of leading significant growth projects - at both process and operational level
- Demonstrable ability to develop and execute a project resource plan that ensures the right people are in the right place, doing the right things, at the right time
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- A self-starting attitude - with the confidence to proactively build, and leverage, stakeholder relationships to develop growth opportunities pipeline
- Strong workshop design and facilitation skills - with the ability to engage with people and influence at all levels
- Languages requirement - English, French and German at conversational level as a minimum
- Travel across our offices in Europe (UK, Germany and France) is paramount to the role so flexibility to travel will be required
