Aufgaben
Our internship within Quality & Process Management of the Product and Customer Experience department offers a wide range of insights and tasks along the customer journey. You will gain insights not only into one airline, but multiple global airlines and how to steer topics from a central function.
- continuous monitoring and support in further developing reporting landscape, analysis & statistics of Customer Feedback as well as operational data. Deriving insights and present key findings to stakeholders incl. management level
- involvement in projects within Product & Customer Experience department as well as with direct interfaces such as Ground Operations and single Airline's business units
- support in product and process analysis
- preparation & moderation of workshops
- designing & implementing communication concepts
- close cooperation and exchange with interfaces within Lufthansa Group central functions in and within single Airline units
- additional tasks within Customer Quality, Process & Commercial Management department's responsibilities
Voraussetzungen
- At the date of the internship you have completed the third semester
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- Students who are not an EU/EFTA national need to have a valid residence permit in Germany
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good to advanced skillset in Excel and data analysis - experiences with data analytics, data science and/or data engineering are an added bonus
- Experiences in building Tableau or Power BI dashboards are a plus but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
