Becoming a Customer Service Agent with German at Capita:
As a Customer Service Agent at Capita you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our clients. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries. At the same time, we remain dedicated to promoting other products and exclusive offers in line with customer needs and as part of our client commitment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
- Analysing and solving customer’s’ queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.
Requirements: Skills you need to succeed:
- German C1 level or above
- English at B1/B2 lvl
- Customer oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (might include night shifts)
