Our company is a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer that develops innovative solutions for the transportation and logistics sector. To strengthen our Global Cyber Security team, we are looking for a dedicated colleague for Application and Cloud Security.

As a Senior:in Application and Cloud Security Expert:in you can contribute in the following areas:

• Coordination and management of external partner:in and service providers in the area of application and/or cloud security 

• Collaboration on global cyber security projects and initiatives 

• Building expert communities for the respective areas

Depending on the assignment:

• Defining, implementing and monitoring of implementation of security policies, standards and best practices for our applications

• Carrying out security analyses and risk assessments for our applications 

• Further development of methods and procedures for security analyses 

• Advising and supporting the development teams in the integration of security measures in the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps)

OR

• Defining, implementing and monitoring of implementation of security policies, standards and best practices for our cloud infrastructure (esp. AWS and/or Azure) in collaboration with platform teams and Security Operations

• Performing security analysis and risk assessments for our applications in cloud environments 

• Advise and support the development teams in the integration of security measures into the software development process (DevSecOps)

Qualifications

These challenges await you:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, IT security or a related field of study 

• Professional experience in the field of application and/or cloud security, ideally in an industrial environment 

• Sound knowledge of common security standards and the willingness to constantly expand and deepen this knowledge 

• Experience with security architecture reviews and threat modeling

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills 

• Desire for both intensive teamwork and independent work
