Job description
As Regional Sales Manager - Southern Europe (m/f/d) you are the first point of contact for our dealer network in a defined area and responsible for developing Crown ’s presence together with th is network.

- You will be responsible for developing and monitoring a dealer network in a defined territory
- You will ensure that the dealers' targets are achieved and that the C rown market share is continuously expande d
- You will ensure that the dealers' product and portfolio knowledge is always up to date
- You will support your dealers during customer visits and play a key role in customer care
- You are in close contact with the Key Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and s upport our Key Accounts to expand into new markets
- You constantly follow Crown's marketing strategy and ensure that the customer journey is adhered to
- You present your results to the management and highlight possible potentials
Requirements & Qualifications
- You have a technical or commercial degree and have already gained some experience in a similar position?
- You are characterized by an excellent customer and service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking?
- You enjoy being in contact with customers and dealers and know how to develop long term relation ships?
- You enjoy travelling on a regular base and like to work international?
- You speak English fluently and maybe other language s like Spanish, Portuguese , German etc.?
