Wir suchen für unseren renommierten, internationalen und innovativen Auftraggeber aus der Luft- u. Raumfahrtbranche am Standort Donauwörth einen zuverlässigen und motivierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated employee (m/f/d) to strengthen the team for our renowned, international and innovative client from the aerospace industry at the Donauwörth location.

• Support des Program Lead Buyers (Lead Buyer für eine Hubschrauberserie)
• Unterstützung bei Angebotsbewertung und Lieferantenauswahl- / Verhandlungsprozess
• Unterstützung der Supply-Management-Funktionen (Beschaffungsvertragsmanagement,Rohstoffmanagement, Lieferketten- und Qualitätsmanagement,
  Lieferantenentwicklungsmanagement, Einkaufscontrolling, Risk-Management)
• Sicherstellung, dass die Beschaffungsprozesse korrekt und konsistent angewendet werden
• Pflege des Programm-Beschaffungsplan mit detaillierten Supply-Management-Aufgabenund -Verpflichtungen inkl. Überwachung der Kostenentwicklung
• Ansprechpartner für die Produktlinie / das Projekt in allen Fragen der Produktbeschaffung
• Mitwirkung bei der Lieferung von Produkten und zugehörigen Dokumentationen undDienstleistungen durch on quality, on time, on cost
• Schnittstelle zwischen Programm und Supply-Management
• Erstellung eines konsolidierten Supply Management-Berichts für das Projekt / dieProduktlinie (Hardwarekosten, Gesamtbetriebskosten einschließlich Nichtqualitätskosten,on quality / on time Metriken, Problemen, Risiken und Chancen)
• Regelmäßige Überwachung und Aktualisierung der Projektfortschritte

• Support of the program lead buyer (lead buyer for a helicopter series)
• Support with offer evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation process
• Support of supply management functions (procurement contract management, raw materials management, supply chain and quality management,Supplier development management, purchasing controlling, risk management)
• Ensuring procurement processes are applied correctly and consistently
• Maintaining the program procurement plan with detailed supply management tasks and obligations including monitoring cost developments
• Contact person for the product line/project for all product procurement issues
• Participation in the delivery of products and associated documentation and services through on quality, on time, on cost
• Interface between program and supply management
• Preparation of a consolidated supply management report for the project/product line (hardware costs, total cost of ownership including non-quality costs, on quality/on time metrics, issues, risks and opportunities)
• Regular monitoring and updating of project progress

• erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine anderweitig erworbene gleichwertige Qualifikation
• mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Einkauf / Projektmanagement
• hohe IT - Affinität (MS - Office / SAP)
• verhandlungssichere Sprachfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch / Französisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Technisches Grundverständnis
• Fähigkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld mit transnationalen Teams zu arbeiten
• Teamfähigkeit, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, guterNetzwerker
• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• successfully completed business or economics studies or an equivalent qualification acquired elsewhere
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in purchasing / project management
• high IT affinity (MS - Office / SAP)
• Fluent language skills in German and knowledge of English / French is an advantage
• Basic technical understanding
• Ability to work in an international environment with transnational teams
• Ability to work in a team, very good communication skills at different levels, good networker
• Solution-oriented way of working
