About the role:
As we continue to expand our business, we are searching for a Growth Marketing Manager for our Google Ads & Paid Social marketing activities. You should bring the experience, motivation, and drive to catapult our marketing activities in this field to the next level.
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for performance marketing channels such as Google Ads (Display, Search, YouTube), Microsoft, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
- Analyze market opportunities & campaign opportunities and identify optimization potential across the board.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Content Creators, Product Owners, Monetization and Analytics specialists) to develop and implement actions across marketing channels for performance increase.
- Use CRO, creative ideas, bidding strategies, etc., to improve a marketing channel or single campaign performance.
- Report to the Marketing Team Lead and C-Level on performance, trends, projects, and campaigns you have been working on.
Your skills and experience:
- Day-to-day experience in working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or paid social channels with at least 5-digit monthly budgets.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to developing marketing strategies to hit business objectives.
- A proactive approach to campaign planning, staying ahead of industry trends, and anticipating changes to optimize strategies accordingly.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a successful A/B testing and campaign optimization track record.
- Exhibit good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
