WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or completed a similar training

• Ideally you already gained experience with Salesforce

• You are fluent in German and English

• A strong analytical approach, hands on mentality and problem solving skills describe your way of working

• You are very interested in e-commerce, in particular in data interfaces and online marketplaces as well as channels

• You are very skilled in communicating via e-mail or telephone

• You appear professionally and confidently at customer meetings with world-famous brands and retailers

• You are communicative and empathetic

• Patience, reliability and resilience are your strengths

• Your way of working is structured and organized

• Experience with business processes and projects and ideally with one of the following certifications such as PMP, PMI, PRINCE, would definitely be a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As an e-commerce project manager in our team, you are responsible for the entire integration of our brands and retailers in our system and on the channels

• You are responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of integration projects with our brands and retailers

• You manage the support of several customer integrations at the same time

• You are responsible for ensuring that our sales partners on the various marketplaces and channels can quickly sell their products to end consumers and have an optimal online presence

• You support the integration as well as customer-specific projects from start to finish

• For our partners, you are the specialist for our product and our top channels such as Zalando, Otto or MyToys

• You prepare and host webinars, training sessions, and workshops for our partners - sometimes on site
