Out of Dieburg (Darmstadt-Dieburg area) our Sales and Shared Service organization with with approx. 145 employees supports the Sales and Service of our products in Europe.

Job Description

• You support with daily operational HR work and day-to-day business
• You will be involved in recruitment - from the advertisement to the selection of applicants 
• You will help with the administrative implementation of HR processes and provide support in various projects
• You cooperate with various specialist departments in the company 
• You support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
• You will be responsible for maintaining personnel files and provide support with contract and certificate management

Qualification

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of economics or a comparable course of study at a university / college
• Ideally, you have some experience in human resources management 
• You have an independent, structured, conscientious and committed way of working
• You are proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• You are willing to work a maximum of 20 hours per week
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
