Our Luxembourg German retail operations team is looking for a:

Customer Care Assistant (m/f/d)

Temporary contract (12 months)

What You’ll Do:

• Working with senior team members to take care of our customers’ requests
• Finding appropriate solutions for their requests like deferral payments, early settlements, exchange of equipment 
• Follow-up of contracts, prolongations, early termination
• Processing and calculation of interests in case of changes in installment plans
• Liaising with other units

What It Takes:

• Commercial or accounting education with focus on banking/leasing or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular
• Bi-lingual in German and English
• Customer oriented mindset – ability to understand needs, handle tactfully requests keeping the customer satisfaction and experience at high level
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration
• Accountability and attention to detail
• Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
