In the frame of the European Pipeline community of experts improve pipeline network knowledge (Integrity and Maintenance) through data analysis.
You will contribute to this mission by :
Capitalization of Pipeline inspections 2012-2024 :
Collect and analysis of all the pipeline Inspections data from 2012 in order to establish trends and conclusions concerning the status of our networks
Propose recommendations for improvement of our Inspection strategy and of future Air Liquide inspections
By comparing inspection results create a study to analyze complementarity and determine application domains of Inline Inspections and indirect methods like DCVG / Intensive Method / ”German IFO”
Eu COP Pipeline : organization , Document Management : Develop google site for the CoP , participate in the CoP management / Elaborate document management for pipelines.
Repairing products: Develop a process for qualification of repairing products or methods
Pipeline Incidents:
Analysis of the worldwide pipeline incidents 2011-2024
Improvement of the incident reporting process
Pipeline knowledge acquisition with the local team and support it in structural aspects to improve efficiency

Education:
General industrial engineer
Knowledge in materials and/or mechanical with data analysis appetency
Soft and Hard Skills:
Soft Skills:
Integration in a team multi countries and discipline
Open-minded and motivated in new analysis technologies
Good communication skills and adaptation to different kinds of people
Structured way of working, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Self organized and independent delivery attitude
Hard Skills:
Knowledge in materials and mechanical
Strong with Google Sheets and Analytical skills
Geographical databases is preferable
Languages:
German and English fluency are Must have
Frenchis n ice to have

Position based in Oberhausen, Germany for an initial period of 18 months, (extendable once).
