Your tasks

• Take responsibility for the offer and order processing with a focus on major international projects, including the review of tender, inquiry and order conditions as well as the preparation of commercial comments.
• Prepare and negotiate supply and consortium contracts.
• Coordinate legal, tax, transportation, financing and insurance issues.
• Take responsibility for the project-related risk management, invoicing and payment processing as well as for the claim and receivables management.
• Act as commercial contact person (m/f/d) for our external customers and the internal overall project management.
  
   

Your profile

• Degree in economics or business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
• Professional experience in commercial offer processing or order processing as well as experience in international projects in the area of plant engineering.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, controlling, taxes and insurance.
• Knowledge of SAP (modules SD and CO) is an advantage.
• Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken; additional language skills are desirable (e.g. French, Spanish).
• Willingness to travel internationally on business (approx. 10%).
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, good personal work organization as well as initiative and coordination skills.
